Donna Lobos - Sponsored by Be More Films

Donna Lobos is a native Marylander who grew up in Baltimore County and earned her Fine Arts degree in 1982 at Maryland Institute, College of Art, in Baltimore City. Currently, she resides in Crofton, Maryland where she and her husband Gary raised 2 children, Erica and Michael. Now on the other side of child rearing, Donna devotes her time to her creative spirit. She has set up a studio on the quiet creek of Still Pond near Chestertown, MD. Donna takes every opportunity to enjoy Maryland's treasured Chesapeake Bay and the wealth of nature and wildlife that Maryland has to offer. It provides a wonderful source of inspiration that is often reflected in her work.

Among other things, Donna is a DNR Hunter Education Program Instructor and belongs to the Central Maryland Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation. She is also a member of the Chester River Rowing Club, the Chestertown Arts League and Chester River Artworks.

Donna's studio will be open to the public during the Artworks studio tour in October 2010.
